New Paradigm Housing is a full service listing and housing service in Aouchtam Morocco. Land owners and Housing owners whom have vacancies can contact NPC to fill spaces as they become available. The intention is to negotiate the best rates by possible via longterm bundled leases agreements; multiple units in one building over a six month or year lease.
Basic Requirements for Listing
New Paradigm Housing offers a standard quality of housing which must meet the following criteria:
1. Running hot and cold water year round with guarantee of maintenance if malfunction occurs.
2. Basic Furnishings available: a list of all furnishings being provided for in the unit (if any); Refrigerator, Beds, Furniture, Kitchen Stove, etc.
3. Electricity year round with guarantee of maintenance if malfunction occurs.
4. Garbage pick up service to be negotiated into rental rate
5. Running sewage services with guarantee of maintenance if malfunction occurs.
6. Adherence to any negotiated Contractual Stipulations and maintain Communication with NPH contact if any issues arise which will affect the unit.
Application Process
New Paradigm Housing uses the following process for listing housing:
1. Complete NPH Listing Application found here (create form using google dox and list link here)
2. NPH will respond to your application by contacting you with additional inquires and to set up a walk through of the unit.
3. Walk Through - NPH will meet you at the housing unit in question for a complete walk through with the goal of finalizing rate, number of units being negotiated and any additional requirements in relation to the list specified above.
4. Final Negotiation - NPH will finalize the monthly rate, initial payment, and confirm any issues discussed during the Walk Through have been addressed.
5. Provided all parties are satisfied with Final Negotiations, NPH will issue the first payment on the first day of the lease. NPH will require keys of units be made available at this time.
